Could TiltCue be a fit for AppRater's Mac app coverage? It is a menu-bar app that uses compatible motion-enabled headphones to notice sustained head tilt and provide gentle reminders. Motion is processed on your Mac. Requires macOS 14+, Apple silicon, and compatible headphones.
