About the product
MoveFirst gives the apps you choose a power meter of 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Using them drains it; walking or a quick set of squats, plank or push-ups powers it back up. When the meter is empty, Screen Time blocks only those apps. Steps are counted by your iPhone's motion sensors and ten camera moves are counted on device; video is never recorded, stored or sent. Rest days, emergency power, a widget and a Live Activity are included, and no account is needed. Free download; MoveFirst Pro is available yearly with a 7-day free trial, or weekly.
