You search for the ICD-10 diagnosis and get proximity feedback in 5 levels: exact code, same category, same group, same chapter, or different chapter. A wrong answer tells you how close you were, so the error itself teaches. Beyond the daily case there are two other modes. Continents brings 103 cases organized by regional epidemiology across Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe and Oceania. Global leaderboard, achievements and daily streaks. The daily case is free forever, with no ads. NEXO is not a clinical diagnostic tool. It is an educational game based on fictional cases, for training purposes only.
