About the product
Blok Sessions is a training planner for boulderers. You build a session from 260 exercises, each with its minutes, intensity and an injury-risk rating, put sessions into multi-week plans across seven training periods, and log what you did, boulder by boulder. Benchmark tests and grade trends show how it's going. The builder, plans, logbook, tests and trends are free, on iPhone and in the browser at bloksessions.com with the same account. Pro adds guided sessions with interval timers, a plan generator and weekly training load. Made by one person, a coach and routesetter in the Netherlands. No ads, no trackers, no AI coach.

For product owners
Promote Blok Sessions
Every listing gets one post to our X and Threads followers. It is seen once, then the traffic stops. Promotion keeps Blok Sessions in front of people instead.
- Back in the X and Threads rotation: Blok Sessions gets posted again instead of once.
- A promoted slot on the AppRater homepage, carrying a Promoted badge.
- A direct link to Blok Sessions from a DR45 site (Ahrefs Domain Rating), with no redirect in between.
- A labelled spot in the weekly email to AppRater subscribers, one promoted app per issue.
- Stays on the first screen however old the listing is, while new submissions push everything else down.
