Worked on the page from your own principal, rate and extra payment, using the standard amortisation formula carried as a payment-per-thousand table. Free, no account. Pro keeps every client's scenarios, schedules and comparisons against the client and exports them. Nothing here is a rate of ours or a loan for sale; the worked example's rate is the Freddie Mac survey average, cited.
