About the product
Akira is like having a doctor in your pocket. Take out your phone, press a button, and you can start texting with a board-certified Canadian doctor. It's on-demand, so they'll typically respond within 30 seconds. Your doctor can also initiate a video call right away if needed, or you can book a call for a specific time. Akira doctors can write prescriptions, or lab tests, or refer to specialists - basically everything a doctor at a walk-in clinic could do. Our goal is to keep you out of waiting rooms! Our ultimate mission is to bring high-quality medicine to all of humanity.

For product owners
Promote Akira
Every listing gets one post to our X and Threads followers. It is seen once, then the traffic stops. Promotion keeps Akira in front of people instead.
- Back in the X and Threads rotation: Akira gets posted again instead of once.
- A promoted slot on the AppRater homepage, carrying a Promoted badge.
- A direct link to Akira from a DR45 site (Ahrefs Domain Rating), with no redirect in between.
- A labelled spot in the weekly email to AppRater subscribers, one promoted app per issue.
- Stays on the first screen however old the listing is, while new submissions push everything else down.
